Shift5 is the observability platform for onboard operational data; enabling real-time decision intelligence for operations, maintenance, and cybersecurity teams. When momentum and government interest started to grow in late 2022, the young tech startup needed to pivot toward a more serious, defense-driven brand strategy. That’s where we came in.

As the Director of Brand & Creative at Shift5, Nicole managed a team of designers to plan and execute a complete rebrand across the company. Working with executive leadership and the marketing department, the team created a new logo, design system, website, and sales enablement materials that better supported the company’s mission, vision, and product.

The new messaging and visuals collectively reinforced Shift5's dedication to providing cutting-edge defense solutions for their clients, enhancing the brand's placement in a competitive market.
